The Monashee is situated right off of Porcupine Road, diagonally across from the Big White Fire Hall. Moreover, it is only a hop-skip-and-a-jump from the Bullet Express run and 3.3km from the Telus Park chairlift. For those looking to buy a condo outside of Kelowna, it should be mentioned that the Monashee Inn is just under an hour from the Kelowna International Airport and Downtown Kelowna. 

Units in the Monashee Inn are small in size and can generally only accommodate up to 6 people. Most condos offer two bedrooms, with a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. These cozy units are two storeys in size and boast large windows with views of the Monashee Mountains. For example, the Globe Cafe and Tapas Bar, Snowshoe Sam’s Pub, the Bullwheel, the Black Diamond Bar and Grill, and the Clock Tower Cafe. It’s also a short 10-minute walk from the Gondola to Happy Valley and various other runs/chairlifts.
